Manufacturing Ops

Full-time

Bridge digital creation and real-world production. Own factory relationships, quality, and the systems that turn designs into exceptional products. You’ll build repeatable processes that reduce risk, improve consistency, and speed up sampling. You’ll partner with creators, suppliers, and internal teams to make sure what’s designed can actually be made—on time and on spec. Your work directly impacts cost, lead time, and the final product experience.

At Tangibl, we are building a foundation where physical product creation is as accessible as software. This is a chance to join a small, fast-moving team and take ownership of challenges that shape the future of manufacturing.
